Concordia has had a long history of supporting and caring for its children and youth. God has placed upon the hearts of our congregation the desire to nurture, strengthen, love and encourage greater spiritual growth, by offering many ministry opportunities. |
| Concordia has provided for their youth a special meeting and fellowship facility -- the Brian Long Youth Center. Senior High, 9th through 12th grades, and Junior High, 6th through 8th grades, meet alternately twice a month for a variety of action packed social activities, Bible Studies, and discussions of today's issues facing them. With leadership from a Director of Christian Education, lay leaders, and parents, our youth also participate in Christian concerts, retreats, service projects, and District and National Youth Gatherings. |
| Concordia has also supported a Christian Day school since 1894 for children in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. Members of the congregation, as well as children from the community, attend Concordia Lutheran |
 |
| School which offers an exemplary academic curriculum centered in the Word of God. To further assist parents and students our school offers additional child care with a Before and After School Program and a Summer Day Camp Program. |
  |
| God has abundantly blessed Concordia in our educational and youth ministries for the past 120 years and our prayers are for continued blessings and guidance as we move into the future. |
